Arctic Rain is, quite simply, a new melodic rock sensation from Sweden. The band is a result of the collaboration between songwriter/keyboardist Pete Alpenborg, guitarist Magnus Berglund, and singer Tobias Jonsson. Later on, bassist Gert Daun and drummer Jonas Jönsson joined forces with Arctic Rain for the recording of their upcoming debut album, The One . The aim for the band was to write songs with strong melodic rock vibes based around the type of tasteful instrumental harmonies typical for a lot of bands in the '80s and '90s. A revival of sorts, but with a modern touch, both melodically and for the overall sound.

Silhouette is proud to announce “The World is Flat And Other Alternative Facts”, our fifth studio album. It contains six songs with a total playing time of nearly 50 minutes. The 18 minute long epic “Symphony for a Perfect moment”, consisting of five parts, is the longest song ever written by the band. The album is unusually diverse and adventurous. While still recognizably Silhouette, this musical journey contains influences of not only the founding fathers of progressive rock, but also of contemporary, modern acts. We won’t tell you which ones, you will have to discover for yourself! What we can tell you is that this artistic evolution is obviously due to the growing influence of the younger members of the band, who were more actively involved in the writing and arranging than on previous Silhouette albums.

Greatest Hits Live: Tokyo Japan captures Earth Wind & Fire in concert in 1995, running through a number of their best-known songs and biggest hits. Though the band sounds fine, the album offers no great revelations or insights to the band's playing – they simply sound professional, not inspired. It's a fun performance for dedicated fans.

In many ways it was Joaquín Rodrigo’s own work that eclipsed the vast majority of what he composed. The international success of Concierto de Aranjuez has meant that much of the rest of his work remains relatively unknown. With this in mind, it is interesting to note that Rodrigo is one of the twentieth century’s most prolific Spanish composers, with a huge opus of around 170 works awaiting rediscovery. He is, therefore, much more than just the composer of the Concierto de Aranjuez. This CD is a step along the path to bringing the composer’s other music to the public’s attention.

Australian trumpeter and composer Paul Williamson has established a reputation for producing distinctive recordings of outstanding ensemble performances. And in so many ways, it’s just about searching for a way through.

Kali Yuga Bizarre is the first full length studio album by the Italian industrial black metal band Aborym. It was released in 1999 on Scarlet records. Vocals on this album were performed by original vocalist Yorga SM as well as guest vocalist Attila Csihar.
