Unreal City was founded in 2008 by pianist/keyboardist Emanuele Tarasconi and guitarist Francesca Zanetta. Consequently to the release of the first self titled EP in 2012, the band began an insense live activity in Northern Italy music venues, thus drawing attention from both critics and music industry operators. In January 2013 the band signed with AMS Records and joined Hilary Studios in Genoa to start the recording sessions for “La Crudeltà Di Aprile”, Unreal City debut album, that was released on 24th April 2013 amd immediately followed by the airing of a videoclip for “Dove La Luce E’ Più Intensa”, single extracted from the album.

Styles We Paid For is Guided By Voices’ third album of 2020 and it stands as a testament to this Year In Isolation, reflecting these dark days through Robert Pollard’s prism, with the band sounding as confident and authoritative as ever. The fifteen tracks were recorded remotely during quarantine from five states (Ohio, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Tennessee) to comprise GBV’s ninth album since 2017.

The West-Eastern Divan Orchestra was founded by Daniel Barenboim and the late Edward Said. It consists of young, highly talented Israeli and Arabian musicians and was founded to increase the dialogue between young people in the Middle East and represent the peaceful collaboration of the two cultures. In standard comparable to the most established orchestras, it combines tonal beauty and transparency with youthful expressiveness, passion and exuberance. This technically brilliant and incredibly enthusiastic orchestra brings out all levels of Beethoven’s 9th symphony and we listen to Beethoven at his very best: exuberant, emotional, lucid, tender, clear, triumphant… simply magnificent!Needless to say, Daniel Barenboim conducts excellently and outstanding singers Angela Denoke, Waltraud Meier, Burkhard Fritz and René Pape contribute tremendously to this unforgettable concert.

Inspired by performing with their Friends from the Orchestra and the reaction
that the live collaboration had created, the band, along with producer Michael
Hunter, reimagined a collection of songs from their extensive back catalogue.
The resulting music welcomed the rich, textural soundscapes of strings, flute
and French horn into the mix.
At the end of 2019 the ensemble, eleven musicians in total including the string
quartet In Praise of Folly, flautist Emma Halnan and French Horn player Sam Morris,
took the music on a tour that would play to sold out venues across Europe, concluding
with another two amazing nights at the Royal Albert Hall.

Fusion Guitar masters Nicolas Meier and Dewa Budjana deliver a Middle Eastern, Indonesia sound featuring the Dewa Budjana Group (Jimmy Haslip - bass, Asaf Sikis - drums, and Saat Syah - flutes). Produced by Nicolas Meier, Dewa Budjana and Jimmy Haslip.

Peter Lindahl is a well known Swede in the psychedelic underground scene. Being a multiinstrumentalist and performed with the likes of In The Labyrinth, a painter and true dedicated hippie of the old school. For the first time, Transubstans gathers his 70's recordings into a unique compilation from the time when bands like Tyrannosaurus Rex, Pugh Rogefeldt and Pink Floyd were the main influences. The album consists of 16 impressively well written pop-psych songs. You'll hear heavy folk influences, flower power vibes, bits of novelty song, and all very psychedelicized. Peter played all the instruments on the album except for some assistance on a few tracks, chiefly his brother Niklas and father Sven.

Mike Keane's first album in the Royal Family & the Poor guise was done only after plenty of ups and downs in Keane's own life as well as numerous personnel shifts and incarnations, but the end results were a sometimes delicate and often enthralling combination. It's actually a combination of several different sessions, though most were overseen by Peter Hook of New Order as producer, while the backing lineup of violinist John Neesham and synth player Lita Hira resulted in a distinct, not-rock-as-such sound. The album does very much reflect its time and place throughout. While it would be pushing it a touch to say it sounds exactly like a Factory record of the time "should," the combination of electronic drums, reverbed vocals, and aural mystery on songs like "Radio Egypt" and the particularly fine "The Dawn Song" is both familiar and slightly tweaked.

Unheilig (German for "Unholy") is a German band that features a variety of influences including various pop and electronic styles as well as harder, nihilistic hard rock. The band was founded in 1999 and principally consists of singer Bernd Heinrich "Der Graf" Graf along with various musical partners. He has been accompanied for live shows with musicians Christoph "Licky" Termühlen, Henning Verlage, and Martin "Potti" Potthoff. The group's debut, Phosphor, came out in 2000.
