3 Years after his last recording Grigory Sokolov returns with a double album of live recordings from his triumphant 2019/20 tour. Focusing on early (Piano Sonata No. 3) and late Beethoven sonatas (Piano Sonatas Nos. 27 & 32) and Brahms’s autumnal piano pieces opp. 118 & 119, the “musical sorcerer” has fascinated audiences and critics across Europe: “Music making at the piano could hardly be more unaffected yet compelling…The music unfolds directly” ( Süddeutsche Zeitung ). “His pianism is stupendous…but Sokolov’s real magic occurs in the moment, in his fine art of making music live, transcending epochs, levitating, always mindful that our playing must end”. There aren't a whole lot of bands like Mandrill! Even in the days of War and Santana where the psychedelic stew and different latin styles were all merging together……this particular band was a standout. Mainly due to the heavy rootedness of their music. Throughout this 1975 album the band serve up a set of tunes that blend rather forboding,dark funk with surreal strings,harmonies and wah-wahs such as on the compelling "Wind On Horseback","Yucca Jump" and the title song. They really rock hard in a funky place (best term I could use-thanks Prince) on "Tee Vee",a song whose message and almost proto hip-hop groove predates the Disposable Heroes Of Hisprocrisy's "Television" by about fifteen years. There are also some hardcore grooves such as "Peck Ya Neck" and "Stop & Go".

Forgotten Tomb's tenth studio album and follow up to "We Owe You Nothing" (2017). The album's cover artwork is a painting, specifically drawn for this release by artist Paolo Girardi (Power Trip, Bell Witch, Inquisition). It complements the misanthropic and introvert nature of music and lyrics alike. "Nihilistic Estrangement" was produced by Ferdinando "Herr Morbid" Marchisio (vocal, guitars) and mixed by Alessandro "Algol" Comerio (bass). Jack Control mastered the album at Enormous Door Studios (Darkthrone, Aura Noir, Martyrdod).

Toys in the Attic is the third studio album by American rock band Aerosmith, released in April 1975 by Columbia Records. Its first single, "Sweet Emotion," was released on May 19 and "Walk This Way" followed on August 28 in the same year. The album is the band's most commercially successful studio LP in the United States, with eight million copies sold, according to the RIAA. The album was ranked No. 229 on Rolling Stone's list of The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time. The album's title track and Run–D.M.C.'s version of "Walk This Way" are included on the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame list of the "500 Songs that Shaped Rock and Roll".
