It has been said that instrumentalist Bruce Katz has one foot in jazz and the other foot in the blues, but those aren't the only styles that interest the organist/pianist; rock, soul, and gospel are also part of what he does.

In 2003 Ibrahim Ferrer released his second solo album ‘Buenos Hermanos’, an audacious and assured album, with varied repertoire including fresh takes on classic songs and thrilling examples of the romantic ballads and boleros for which Ferrer is justly famed. For this special edition release, producer Ry Cooder has gone back to the original mixes and added 4 previously unheard tracks, recorded at the original album sessions, to a brand new sequence – creating a completely reimagined ‘Buenos Hermanos’. Featuring Orlando 'Cachaíto' López, Manuel Galbán, Chucho Valdés, Angá Díaz, Jim Keltner, Ry Cooder and a guest appearance from The Blind Boys of Alabama. This CD casebound book includes new cover artwork featuring an alternative photograph from the original album shoot by Christien Jaspars, and a booklet with English and Spanish lyrics and a new foreword from Ry Cooder.

A clever mix of inspiration, discovery and lightness, wrapped in a frenzied dynamic, reflects the originality of the trio of confirmed artists. Swiss bassist Cédric Gysler, pianist Evaristo Pérez and drummer Raphael Nick meet around contemporary improvisations inspired by the musicality of EST, Brad Mehldau and Enrico Pieranunzi. These three jazz cats happily seize new ideas and deliver to the audience their love of delicate and rhythmic sounds. Cédric Gysler, from Lausanne, surfs with finesse between his heterogeneous inspirations based on his great knowledge of jazz. Charmed and conquered, his audience finds him in mixed performances sometimes of gypsy or contemporary jazz, sometimes of electro experimentation. He enriches the trio with a sweet mix of safety and spontaneity.

Blue Engine Records, Jazz at Lincoln Center's in-house recording label, will release a present-day recording of Duke Ellington's groundbreaking masterpiece Black, Brown and Beige by the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis. Captured during a live, Rose Theater performance in 2018, Black, Brown and Beige is Wynton Marsalis's first recording of the work and Blue Engine's first release dedicated entirely to Ellington. Black, Brown and Beige will be available exclusively on all digital platforms on March 6, 2020.

In celebration of the 40th anniversary of their widely celebrated album ‘Agents of Fortune’, Blue Öyster Cult performed the seminal album in its glorious entirety at an exclusive concert for the Audience Music Network on Monday April 18, 2016 at Red Studios in Hollywood, CA in front a lucky little audience of invited guests. The performance was recorded by an army of cameramen for a DirectTV special, that is now being released on CD/DVD, Blu-Ray, and Vinyl.

Warner Music Nashville recording artist and up-and-coming singer / songwriter Trea Landon releases this 5-track EP, featuring his debut single "Loved By A Country Boy", which made him the most-added new artist at country radio.
