There are very few classic rock vocalists that you recognize after hearing just a few notes. The legendary Dan McCafferty, the former front man of Scottish rockers NAZARETH, is one of those vocalists.

On September 13th, 2019 we will be releasing the album “Cosmos” by freshly and exclusively signed Ambient artist Liam Thomas. The album starts off with an atmospheric intro about the big bang and then leads to the title track “Cosmos”. Groovy and with samples of female vocals Liam Thomas creates the entire cosmos. “For me, ‘Cosmos’ is about a journey. A journey where we try to truly understand the universe. I believe as humans we have a space between being conscious and being asleep. This is called Hypnagogia. With ‘Cosmos’ I wanted to remove you from reality for a brief moment and enter your body in this state of mind. Personally this feeling represents pure euphoria. How I felt writing ‘Cosmos’.”, Liam Thomas says about the album.

Kojey Radical is something of an anomaly among black British male rappers. When I encounter him in the library at Shoreditch House, he is serving much the same meticulous yet effortless look I first observed him in, outside of a much-delayed Tokyo James show at London Fashion Week – an amalgam of street and dandy which borders on the princely. He reclines in a Patta two-piece paired with Dior Saddle bag, pearl bracelets, a heart-shaped locket and Jil Sander boots; all worn with a casual energy. In both his music and fashion Kojey shrugs off the traditionally austere impositions of hypermasculinity in favour of something nobler and much more interesting.

Nashville-based performer Jeremy Ivey has operated in the background for years, initially performing in bands like Secret Handshake and country-soul group Buffalo Clover with his wife, celebrated country-rock luminary Margo Price. But now Ivey is ready to take a much-deserved step into the spotlight with a debut LP, The Dream and the Dreamer via Anti- Records). Recorded in a little bitty house studio in Nashville and produced by Price, the nine-song album hosts a collection of homespun, deeply introspective tracks. Ivey, who writes prolifically and cites everyone from the Beatles to Neil Young to Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan as influences.

The album, out via Warner Bros on September 13, follows debut record ‘The Rise Of Hobo Johnson’. "The new album is a mix of songs and poems I’ve had floating around in my head for the last few years,” the singer says of the new record. “I’m really proud of it and hope that it makes everyone feel a little less alone and a little more like they want to stay alive.”

Anna Calvi belongs to a category of uncategorisable singer-songwriters. This label could also be applied to St Vincent, Julia Holter, Bat for Lashes, Feist and Jenny Hval – musicians who march to the beats of their own drums, neither adhering particularly closely to rock and indie traditions, nor truly qualifying as pop (their music isn’t as dumbly infectious or popular enough for that).

Over the last 18 months the Kris Barras Band have become one of the hottest and fastest rising rock acts in the UK. He had stopped as an MMA fighter and self-released his 2016 debut album, he was playing pub venues to 20-50 people playing ZZ Top covers amongst originals, did a handful of blues festivals, played London only twice (as a support artist) and his aim was to get played on Planet Rock Radio. He was close to giving up on music, the next album was his one last shot.

Ma is a dedication to motherhood.The title of the album comes from the realization that the word 'Ma' is a very good candidate for our first utterance and our very last whisper, the word itself means 'Mother' in countless languages. The record contains 3 parallel narratives all pointing back to motherhood. The first is one of loss and helplessness, the narrative of a mother who reluctantly had to put up her child for adoption, still loving them, but unable to be with them. This became a metaphor for my own personal experience of observing my family in Venezuela, not being able to help in any meaningful way, and the constant feeling of complete helplessness.
