Ivor Novello award winning duo Joe Henson and Alexis Smith began collaborating in 2005 when they co-produced an album for Joe’s band Seventhsun. After realising they had a similar approach to life and wildly divergent musical tastes, they formed a creative partnership that quickly encompassed songwriting, production, and composition. The duo have worked with some of the biggest names in the music industry as well as being A-list composers for video games. 2014 saw the release of hit survival horror title Alien: Isolation, and they followed this up with 2017's Horizon: Zero Dawn, the Playstation 4's biggest selling new IP to date. They are currently composing the score for Ubisoft Québec's Assassin's Creed Odyssey. The Flight's television projects include the BAFTA nominated BBC documentary series Drugsland, and Kids on the Edge, produced for Channel 4 by Century Films.

Industrial metal visionary Author & Punisher delivers his sixth full-length recording and Relapse debut Beastland. Drawing inspiration from his career as a mechanical engineer, Tristan Shone (the creator and sole artist behind Author & Punisher) forged a relationship with design, sound, and fabrication that ultimately yielded his hand-built “Drone Machines” which mapped the journey away from traditional instrumentation towards custom made "precision machinery." A robotic experimentation in industrial metal, noise, doom and drone, Author & Punisher recalls Nine Inch Nails channeling Godflesh, traversing through dark, uncompromising, and often disturbing soundscapes with occasional detours into rich melodies and splinters of light. Armed with newly built “Drone Machines” and a new label, Beastland is Author & Punisher’s career-defining statement and a powerful listening experience that further blurs the line between man and machine.

Ludwig Göransson is a Los Angeles-based Swedish musician best known for his often playful film and television scores. Göransson grew up with a musician father and began music lessons at a young age. Reared mostly on pop/rock, he branched into jazz and classical in his teens, and went on to graduate from the Royal College of Music in Stockholm. He then relocated to Los Angeles, enrolled in the Scoring for Motion Picture and Television program at the University of Southern California, and soon found work as an assistant to film composer Theodore Shapiro (Old School, Tropic Thunder, St. Vincent), who shared Göransson's penchant for comedy.
