One of the first to make use of the then extraordinary new ability to travel the globe by aeroplane, they travelled widely and established themselves as the pre-eminent ensemble of chamber music-making for nearly 40 years.

New album entitled “(the mystery of) KEM” by jazzman and Belgian drummer Stéphane Galland. An album in which he visits the rhythmical roots where all the musical traditions that he has rubbed together and integrated into his own language converge. For this journey, Stéphane Galland is surrounded by daring and talented young musicians: Sylvain Debaisieux (sax), Bram De Looze (piano), Federico Stocchi (bass) and invites one of the most prominent Carnatic Flute player in the world from South India, Ravi Kulur (Ravi Shakar, Anoushka Shankar,…).

Originaire du Sud-Est, Gustave Reichert commence la guitare à 5 ans et le jazz à l'âge de 12 ans en écoutant Django Reinhardt, Biréli Lagrène et Louis Armstrong. Il s'inscrit au Conservatoire Darius Milhaud d'Aix en Provence et débute son apprentissage avec Jean-François Bonnel (Anachronic Jazz Band), professeur multi-instrumentiste grâce auquel il apprend les bases du Jazz et commence à jouer régulièrement la musique de Django Reinhardt.

Suzy Wallis started her career in television doing Suzy's Playroom in Saint Louis MO. I must say an amazing venture for a young girl of maybe 1o or 11. Suzy's Playroom lead her into the mid 60's and folk music, new rock, and a 13 year old girl gifted with a magnetic voice, and a nack for playing guitar. Suzanne Wallach, her real name, grew up in Saint Louis MO, and did a great deal of variety shows, television, and started to play folk music. She met Loren Greene from Bonanza fame, who was also a singer.

Julian Bliss joins the Carducci String Quartet in performances of two seminal works – Weber’s Clarinet Quintet in B flat Major, Op. 34 and Mozart’s Clarinet Quintet in A Major, K.581.
