The Ferrymen, the high powerful trio, formed by masterful Swedish guitarist/songwriter/producer Magnus Karlsson (Primal Fear, Magnus Karlsson's Free Fall), awesome vocalist Ronnie Romero (Lords of Black, Sunstorm, Rainow), and thunderous drummer Mike Terrana (Rage, Axel Rudi Pell, etc.), have become an established name amongst European melodic metal fans after their first three successful albums, Fans should now prepare themselves for album four! The Ferryman have wrapped up work on "Iron Will" and once again, the band takes the classic heavy metal sound and combine it with heavier, updated songwriting textures and arrangements. “Iron Will” is certainly a huge shot of adrenaline for all lovers of melodic heavy metal!

ANGE is, no doubt about it, the most popular of the French Progressive rock bands. Its music is based on Christian DECAMPS' unmistakable and melodramatic voice, his brother Francis' powerful organ sounds as well as on the development of energetic and intense medieval lines. The line-up invented its own style, both epic and delirious, and that blends madness, emotions and exacerbated feelings. Guet-apens is the sixth studio album by the French progressive rock band Ange and the first without Jean Michel Brezovar and Daniel Haas. It was released in 1978.

This journey began with 2007’s splashy modern R&B set Introducing Joss Stone, a makeover she rebelled against on her major-label kiss-off Colour Me Free, and now that she’s truly independent, she’s aligned with Eurythmics’ Dave Stewart for LP1, returning to the classicism of her earliest work. There is a difference. Stewart is naturally reluctant to present Stone in a strictly soul setting; R&B is the foundation, but he dabbles in tight funk, folk, blues, Euro-rock, and modernist pop, giving LP1 just enough elasticity so it breathes and just enough color so it doesn’t seem staid.

Hooterization is a single-disc collection featuring all seven of the Hooters' charting singles, plus neglected album tracks and other obscurities. Since the bulk of the Hooters' best material – "And We Danced," "Day by Day," "All You Zombies," and "Where Do the Children Go" – is on their Nervous Night debut album, Hooterization is useful only for those collectors and listeners who want a compilation for the sake of having a compilation. Hooterization is too long and filled with too many bland tracks to make a consistently entertaining listen, which is not the case of Nervous Night, since it is shorter and contains all the hits. Certainly, Hooterization does a fine job of selecting the highlights from One Way Home and Zig Zag, but most casual fans will be satisfied with Nervous Night.
