The Dreamer features The Gabor Szalay Trio performing six Jazz Classics. Including Alone Together by Arthur Schwartz and Howard Dietz, There Will Never Be Another You by Harry Warren and Mack Gordon, Body And Soul by Johnny Green, Edward Herman, Robert Sour and Frank Eyton, Waltz New by Jim Hall, St. Thomas by Sonny Rollins and In Walked Bud by Thelonious Monk. The title track – The Dreamer – was written by Gabor Szalay.

Featuring songs made famous by Queen (Bohemian Rhapsody, Love of My Life and The Show Must Go On), Chris Isaak (Wicked Game), Sting (Fields of Gold), Christina Aguilera (Hurt), Michael Jackson (Billie Jean) plus classics like My Funny Valentine and The Greatest Love of All. The songs were played on the Boganyi B-292 Grand Piano. It is Boganyi’s flagship model and a full-size grand concert piano. Introducing a new dimension of smooth, powerful sound, entwined with its astonishing appearance.

The music of his trio is difficult to classify into style categories. The band places a strong emphasis on collective improvisation and the creation of original sound, which they draw from a variety of sources: their compositions and their interpretations include elements of mainstream as well as contemporary, modern jazz, elements of various Latin musical trends and hip hop grooves. The musicians of the trio graduated from the Department of Jazz at the Liszt Ferenc University of Music, but in addition to the mainstream of jazz, they see contemporary music trendsas a constant source of inspiration, which can be achieved through the bold and widespread use of electronic effects.

Reynols is back! More than fifteen years after their separation, the most insane combo of the galaxy and beyond will therefore continue to surprise us. And what a return since they are accompanied by some no less eccentric friends, namely the group Acid Mothers Temple.
