This set recorded in November 1966 showcases King's guitar playing and vocals in a spirited and exciting live set with a band consisting of Kenneth Sands on trumpet, Bobby Forte on tenor saxophone, Duke Jethro on organ, Louis Satterfield on bass and Sonny Freeman on drums. Blues fans consider this one of King's best live recordings and among his best albums overall.

In 1966, German actress Sarah Camp morphed into Molly Camp and recorded this album in Toronto, Canada. The Smetana Quartet are a true legend. For over four decades (1945-1989), the ensemble gained critical acclaim and enthused audiences all over world, particularly in the UK, USA and Japan. They attained perfect chime and extraordinary flexibility in voice leading, resulting in part from their playing the entire repertoire by heart. This quadrophonic recording featuring Two String Quartets of Bedřich Smetana. It have been recorded in February 1976 in Praha and originally released through local Supraphon label.

After a series of popular and award-winning recordings running over a wide range of the piano repertoire, Jean-Efflam Bavouzet is a well-known name in the piano lover’s world. But back in the 90’s, Bavouzet was just a name on a little known Japanese label specializing in piano music. The Études as presented here by Bavouzet are marvels of musical insight and control. The Children’s Corner is equally compelling. Also on this disc presented other Debussy’s works as Page d'album, Berceuse héroïque, La plus que lente, and Elégie. As with the Etudes, the recorded sound of the piano is miraculously good. The recording was made in 1996 but not released by the Japanese label, Octavia Records, until 2005. This perhaps explains its obscurity relative to Bavouzet’s more recent recordings of the same material.
