Legendary UFO vocalist Phil Mogg returns with a new hard rock project, Moggs Motel! This is the first new project Mogg has released since the retirement of UFO and is everything fans could hope for: stellar songwriting, slick production and unmatched musicianship! The first solo album from Fleetwood Mac singer/songwriter Daniel David Kirwan has the future producer for Human League and Buzzcocks, Martin Rushent, utilizing those skills here, as well as engineering. The sound is crystal clear, and a feather in the cap for Rushent as well as Kirwan. It starts off with an uncharacteristic "Ram Jam City," which has more Lindsey Buckingham sounds than one would expect, especially since the two guitarists come from two different musical worlds. "Odds and Ends" is more lighthearted, the kind of music Paul McCartney toyed with on The White Album's "Rocky Raccoon." What Second Chapter immediately sets forth is the importance of Kirwan as a pop artist, and how, despite Fleetwood Mac's success after he left, his sounds could still have been beneficial to that supergroup…

The legendary French band Rockets released their long-awaited new album "The Final Frontier" on October 31, 2024. An interstellar musical journey, which is a return to spatial sound and lyrics, clearly reminiscent of the eponymous albums Rockets (1976) and Plasteroid (1979), which made the band world famous. The new work contains 10 new tracks in the vinyl version, the CD additionally includes 4 previously unreleased bonus tracks, including a three-part epilogue.
