After many years of working as a DJ and producer in the Japanese dance music scene, Kaoru Inoue has now released the new album under the name of Chari Chari after 18 years, a collection of organic-electronic compositions filled with an exotic designs welling up in the middle of nowhere.

South London collective Archive round off their 25th anniversary celebrations with an album of reimagined versions of some of their best-loved songs.

Johnny Woods produces improvised synthesizer music from an off-grid Earthship high in the mountains of New Mexico. His 100% solar-powered studio features a variety of esoteric modular synthesizers, like those from Buchla, Wiard, and EML, which he has spent the last couple of decades attempting to master. Inspired by an eco-futurist worldview, Johnny views the synthesizer as an ideal vehicle for transferring the rhythms and structures of nature into a pure recording of sound. The generative melodies feel perfectly at home nestled amongst the pine trees- gentle waves of pure electronic tone that rise and fall like the breeze.

To celebrate Record Store Day 2020 (Saturday 18 April), Pink Floyd will release a live recording of the band's first single, and original singer and songwriter Syd Barrett's best-known song, 'Arnold Layne'. The limited-edition, one-sided Record Store Day 7'' vinyl represents the last live performance of Pink Floyd with David Gilmour, Nick Mason and Richard Wright all together in 2007. This special performance of Arnold Layne took place at the Syd Barrett Tribute Concert at The Barbican on 10 May 2007, with Pink Floyd members augmented by Jon Carin (Keyboards, vocals) and Andy Bell from Oasis on bass guitar.
