Born To Be Wild is a three-part series telling the story of the rise and fall of the golden age of American rock from the late 60s to the early 90s. This was a time when singers were gods, guitarists were axe men and songs were anthems, forging the soundtrack to the nation one stadium at a time. Born out of revolution, it initially scared the hell out of the establishment but ended up becoming a multi-billion dollar industry and the sound of Middle America. It’s a tale of classic songs and big riffs through to spandex pants and huge hair. The series is set against a back-drop of three decades of seismic political and social change which American rock both reflected and ignored. The story is told by the people who were there, who lived it.

This Country's Rockin' was conceived as a ten hour live country/blues/rock extravaganza recorded in front of 70,000 people at the giant Pontiac Silverdome in 1989. The entire show was subsequently broadcast on radio and television in the United States and was intended to break down many of the musical categorisations that have existed for many decades. This video features an interview with the band as well as Carl Perkins. Then the band perform some of their hits live at 'This Contry's Rockin' Show along with many other big names in Country & Rock 'n' Roll music, capturing the raw energy of the Stray Cats in their prime.

Johnson can save himself and his wife Ann Blyth and son from disrepute if he "trades" Cochran damaging information he has about a popular movie actress he knew while growing up in a tough neighborhood years ago. Does he save himself and let her career be sacrificed? His decision leads to tragedy.

Alfred Packer was a mountain guide and sole survivor of a party of pioneers that got lost in the mountains in winter. Accused and convicted of murdering and eating his travelling companions, he was to be executed by hanging.The movie begins at his trial, where he pleads his innocence to an unsympathetic audience. Only reporter Polly Pry will listen to his story, which is then related to the viewers in the form of flashbacks.

America a tragic story told in a burlesque and ironic way, within a love triangle. Liza, a beautiful young Russian woman, is married to Victor, a small-time crook who lives on scheming and swindling, born and bred in Portugal. Fernanda, the ex wife, who ten year's passed decides to drop by, is the gang leader, an Andalusian Spaniard. Victor has to decide which women to follow, Liza cannot really leave him, Fernanda doesn't really want to stay.

Based on the novel Farmer by Jim Harrison, this drama concerns Joseph Svenden (Dennis Hopper), a one-time farmer in his late forties who took up teaching when he permanently injured his leg in an accident. Joseph's life is orderly, precise, and rather dull. He teaches with as much enthusiasm as he can muster, lives in the farmhouse where he grew up, and has been engaged for the last six years to Rosealee Henson (Amy Irving). Rosealee is the widow of his best friend, and, for a variety of reasons, both she and Joseph are reluctant to set a date (she devotes much of her time to caring for her ailing mother). One day Joseph is met in his barn by Catherine Wheeler (Amy Locane), a new student in his senior class. Catherine attempts to seduce Joseph, who dutifully refuses, only to request a second chance a few moments later, which Catherine eagerly grants him. This unexpected event brings out a newly adventurous side in Joseph, though he suddenly has a new set of complications to go along with it; he discovers that his school is closing, and Catherine's parents are predictably angry when they find out about their daughter's liaison.

In Brooklyn circa 1900, the Nolans manage to enjoy life on pennies despite great poverty and Papa's alcoholism. We come to know these people well through big and little troubles: Aunt Sissy's scandalous succession of "husbands"; the removal of the one tree visible from their tenement; and young Francie's desire to transfer to a better school…if irresponsible Papa can get his act together.

Based on the popular cartoon character, this family-oriented "ghost story" is about a not-so-scary spirit who bonds with a little girl (Christina Ricci). The eternally irritable Ms. Carrigan (Cathy Moriarty) discovers that the only thing she's been left in her recently departed father's will is a rickety old house in New England. Naturally, the woman is furious about this, until her "close personal friend" and assistant, Dibbs (Eric Idle of Monty Python fame), discovers a secret message that a treasure may be concealed somewhere in the house. The two take off for Maine, only to learn that the house is haunted by Casper "the friendly ghost" and his three ghostly uncles Stinky, Stretch, and Fatso. After futilely recruiting an exorcist (Don Novello, more or less reviving his Father Guido Sarducci character from Saturday Night Live) and a "professional ghost exterminator" (Dan Aykroyd), she brings in a "ghost psychiatrist" (Bill Pullman) and his daughter Kat (Ricci). Innocently attracted to the young girl, Casper befriends Kat as they try to save the ghosts' home from the evil Carrigan.

10 to 11 is the story of a passionate collector Mithat and the concierge of the building, Ali. For Mithat Istanbul is as vast as his collections and for Ali is nothing more than a few blocks around the building. When the neighbors decide to have the building rebuilt with the fear of earthquake and the wish for a more valuable house, Mithat's most challenging struggle to save his collections begins. The building becomes the common destiny of these two men living alone. Their relationship that begins with the collaboration to save the continuity of the collections changes track with Mithat's handing Istanbul over to Ali and ends when they involuntarily change each other's fate.

Dr. Holk leads a lonely life in a small dutch colony in the tropics. Fled from love and civilisation his only companions are alcohol and his work, which takes him to the villages ravaged by dirt, fever, fear and a strange illness turning innocent people into madmen: Amok. One day he receives a visit by the young and beautiful Hèlène Haviland, who asks him to abort her lover's child before her husband returns. Even though Holk is infatuated by her seductive beauty, he haughtily refuses her request. Hélène seeks help from a Chinese practitioner. When Holk - driven by his fevered love and agony - finds her again in a dirty dive, it is already too late.
