Often compared to Diana Krall and Norah Jones, award-winning Korean singer Youn Sun Nah displays her unique qualities on Lento as she blends different cultural and musical sources in a respectful yet unconventional manner. Besides jazz and related styles, she draws on chanson, pop and folk music. In addition to original compositions by her and her band members, there is a cover of a Nine Inch Nails song ("Hurt") and "Ghost Riders in the Sky", a classic country song made famous by Johnny Cash. And, for the first time, Nah explores European classical music: Alexander Scriabin’s 5 Preludes, Op. 16 was a source of inspiration for the album’s title and it also sets up an intimate, atmospheric and harmonious musical world.

"This Path Tonight" is the new studio album and collection of 10 songs from Graham Nash. Produced by Shane Fontayne, this is Nash's first solo record of new music in fourteen years. The title track, This Path Tonight, is the debut single. H to He, Who Am the Only One is the third album by the British progressive rock band Van der Graaf Generator. It was released in 1970 on Charisma Records. The band recorded the album in several stages throughout mid 1970 in Trident Studios with producer John Anthony. The songs mentioned a killer shark in "Killer", lost love in "Lost" and science fiction material in "Pioneers Over c". Bassist Nic Potter left the group in August partway through recording, with organist Hugh Banton covering on bass guitar in the studio and playing bass pedals in concert. King Crimson's Robert Fripp made a guest appearance on guitar, and the cover was the first of several by the band to feature the artwork of Paul Whitehead.

Pawn Hearts is the fourth album by English progressive rock band Van der Graaf Generator, released in October 1971 on Charisma Records. The original album features just three tracks, including the side-long suite "A Plague of Lighthouse Keepers". The album was not commercially successful in the UK, but reached number one in Italy. It has since seen retrospective critical praise and was reissued with extra material.

Godbluff is the fifth album released by English progressive rock band Van der Graaf Generator. It was the first disc after the band reformed in 1975 and was recorded after a European tour. As the first self-produced album by the band, it featured a tighter, more pared-down sound than the band's earlier recordings with producer John Anthony. This reissue added live performances by the band of two songs from Peter Hammill's album The Silent Corner and the Empty Stage (1974), recorded at a concert at L'Altro Mondo, Rimini, Italy.

Some Girls is the 14th British and 16th American studio album by the Rolling Stones, released in June 1978 on Rolling Stones Records. It was the first album to feature guitarist Ronnie Wood as a full-time member; joining founder members Mick Jagger (vocals), Keith Richards (guitar), Bill Wyman (bass) and Charlie Watts (drums). Some Girls reached number one on the Billboard 200 album chart, and became the band's top selling album in the United States, certified by the RIAA as having six million copies sold as of 2000. It was a major critical success, becoming the only Rolling Stones album to be nominated for a Grammy in the Album of the Year category.

The highly anticipated fifth studio long-player from the stalwart Canadian indie rockers, "Everything Now" arrives after a two-year gap that saw the normally industrious collective taking a respite from public life. In May 2017 the band performed an intimate secret show in Montreal, where they performed six new songs, and at the end of the month they released the spirited and disco-tinged "Everything Now," the lead single from the upcoming album of the same name. The LP was co-produced by Thomas Bangalter of Daft Punk, Pulp bassist Steve Mackey, and longtime collaborator Markus Dravs.

Joe Venuti pioneered the jazz violin; his virtuoso playing influenced generations of players from Stephane Grappelli to Jean-Luc Ponty and beyond. Famous for his “hot” style, his recordings with guitarist Eddie Lang in the late 1920s – early 30s are jazz milestones. He worked with the Dorseys, Bix Beiderbecke, and Benny Goodman. Venuti was “rediscovered” in the late 1960s.

Her name is Kimberly Kitson Mills and her group is called Kimberose. She discovers about a year ago the albums of Billie Holiday, Etta James, Nina Simone and Sam Cooke. She then decides with guitarist Anthony, and Alexandre on keyboards, to train Kimberose and make the music she wants to listen to. After some magical concerts and debut EP "It's Probably Me" (in October 2017), her full-lenght album "Chapter One" have been released on March 16th. Her voice instantly summons the modern divas of jazz and soul, from Amy Winehouse to Adele. But she's does not hesitate to venture into more pop territories.

Karim Sulayman is a Lebanese-American tenor pays tribute to his favorite myth "Orpheus" on this debut album. He brings to life Orpheus's character through his sensitivity to dynamics and emotional delivery of this beautifully composed music. Sulayman is accompanied by leading baroque interpreters Jeannette Sorrell and Apollo's Fire.

Someone will say, “Okay, but who do they sound like?” Or, “Let’s go see them.” Flatlanders fandom hits a wall right there. By the time the first compilation of Flatlanders' work appeared in England in 1980, they'd been apart for seven years, and another ten before their music was available in the US. Sort of… Recorded in 1972 and scheduled for release the following year, All American Music was put on hold and went unissued, save for a few copies that were released on 8-Track. It took a 1980 UK compilation to collect all of the known Flatlanders material, with a now out-of-print German collection unearthing one more.
