If you’re a longtime jazz or Sonny Rollins fan, you’re probably already aware of the Rollins Road Show Compilations of his live performances that he chooses himself.

Despite the co-billing, Sete only appears on the second half of the album, leaving the Guaraldi trio to knock out a crisp series of standard pop tunes of the time ("I'm a Loser," "People," "More") and two memorable Guaraldi originals ("Nobody Else," "El Matador") in its patented mainstream and Latin modes in the first half. When Sete turns up, the set goes all-Brazilian as the two display their blended, intertwined teamwork for the third and last time on records in "Favela" and a brace of tunes from Black Orpheus. Though it is only a partial collaboration, this album has a bit more fire than their previous ones, possibly due to the live factor.

Digitally remastered and expanded deluxe edition of this 1995 album from the Alt-Rock band led by Billy Corgan. The Deluxe Box Set's 5 CDs include 64 bonus tracks of previously unreleased material or alternate versions of "Mellon Collie" era songs. The bonus content and special features were curated from the band's archives by Corgan, and have been painstakingly remastered for the first time from the original master tapes by Bob Ludwig.

This hard bop album from saxophonist Jackie McLean, recorded and released in 1960, features musicians Blue Mitchell on trumpet, Paul Chambers on bass, drummer Art Taylor and pianist Walter Bishop, Jr. who also contributes two of the six songs here. "Capuchin Swing" is one of McLean's earliest albums for Blue Note, where he would remain under contract until 1967.

"Destination… Out!" is one of saxophonist Jackie McLean's best album, full of complexity that demonstrates the his ability as a writer, arranger, and instrumentalist. Together with its predecessor, "One Step Beyond", this 1963 session is considered one of Jackie McLean's best, to a great extent due to the stellar quintet members joining him. Trombonist Grachan Moncur III and vibraphonist Bobby Hutcherson both played on "One Step Beyond", their musical chemistry with McLean so strong he invited them back for this album. The quintet is rounded out by Larry Ridley on bass and drummer Roy Haynes. Moncur III also contributes three out of the four songs here while McLean wrote the fourth, "Kahlil The Prophet".

A hard rock band from Newcastle, England, Geordie is mostly known for their lead vocalist, Brian Johnson, who would later join AC/DC. In 1972 and 1973, they had a few hits in the U.K., including the number six single "All Because of You" and "Can You Do It," which reached number 13. Their sound was influenced by British rock bands of the day such as Led Zeppelin, as well as some glam stompers, with Johnson's distinctively abrasive singing strongly in evidence…
