Guitarist Peter Petrucci has a mellifluous, round tone and relaxed approach, concealing one of the finest techniques in the world. He's joined by Sam Anning (bass) David Jones (drums) and Jamie Oehlers (saxophone) in a free but tuneful journey comprised of originals plus Miles Davis' Side Car. Recognized here and abroad by many peers and noted music critics as having attained a high degree of virtuosity, Petrucci has been nominated for several Aria Awards and Bell Awards including for Best Jazz Recording of the Year and Best Jazz Artist of The Year. H e's studied with John Scofield, Jim Hall, Pat Martino and Mike Stern.
