It is with a very personal album that André Manoukian reveals himself for the first time and in music on his origins and his history; mixing his roots and their memory with what animates him today, thus creating a majestic and solar album. “Anouch inspired the song that gives its title to the album. It's a walk. And that's good, Anouch was a hiker. Anouch was my grandmother. In 1915 she walked 1000 km from Amasya to Deir Es-Zor. If she survived, it was because she had a big mouth and knew how to move the Turkish commander of the convoy who deported her. Anouch, in Armenian, means sweet, sweet. That's good, music is sacred and… sweet. » An album between abundant creativity and personal sincerity, opening a musical door on the Middle East.
