The text of the film consists exclusively of original documents from Himmler's lifetime, combined with news and personal archive from sources ranging from the descendants of top Nazis to working-class individuals. It forms a unique portrait of one the most prominent figures of the Third Reich, the SS commander Heinrich Himmler.

Henry also explores Bergen and Balastrade and attempts to try some of the traditional cuisine, boiled sheep’s head. But by the end of this first show Henry is way behind schedule and hasn’t quite left Norway! At last Henry is leaving Norway but before he does he pops into Hell, a small village just outside Trondheim to meet Hell's most famous resident Miss Universe 1990. Then at last into Sweden and he immediately delights in the quite incredible Swedish roads.

Forty years have passed since the release of one of the most influential albums in the Welsh language, Salem, by Endaf Emlyn. The original album was produced on a four track recorder at Endaf's home in Cardiff and at the home of his record producer friend, Mike Parker, in London. It was released on the Sain label. It is also famous for its striking cover; a modern interpretation by Endaf's friend, Elwyn Davies, of Curnow Vosper's iconic painting, Salem.Talking about the painting that inspired the album, Endaf says, "I could see that society was moving on and leaving behind a way of life. There's a longing in the album for the old way of life which formed a part of my childhood as a boy in Pwllheli and a sadness as it disappears and we consider what might replace it."

During the years 1939 -1940 Finland was engaged in the Winter War and the Continuation War against the Soviet Union. The Finnish Air Force had to fight against a massively superior force from the very outset of the Winter War on the 30th November 1939. In the first two days of that war more than 10 enemy aircraft were shot down. In spite of the opponent's overwhelming superiority of numbers the Finnish Air Force managed to achieve many victories until the Soviet Union sent large reinforcements to the front, equipped with more technically advanced aircraft. This advantage enabled them to obtain air supremacy towards the final stage of the war. When the Continuation War broke out in Spring 1941, the Finnish Air Force was more effective because of better equipment and additional personnel which resulted in air supremacy being achived on all sectors of the front. It was not until the expensive offensive by the enemy which began in June 1944 that the Soviet Union gained air supremacy through their overwhelming resources which eventually faltered because of effective defence tactics and counter-attack measures.

Every 60 seconds the British police receive a 999 call to a domestic violent incident. Although constantly in the news, abuse within intimate relationships is often kept secret. Many people believe it only happens to older, married women, but girls aged 16 to 24 are as, if not more, likely to experience violence from their boyfriends than their adult counterparts.

Buenos Aires movie director, very fond of the legend of the King of Patagonia and Araucania, decides to make a movie about it. Despite of financial troubles, technical problems, misfortune and desertions, he undertakes the journey to Patagonia for the film with a second-rate actor company. Neglected by the producer and shortly after by the company, he will make the movie alone, in a surreal landscape like mad.

A wealthy but emotionally damaged woman is released from a sanitarium a year after suffering a mental breakdown. She returns to her home, shared with her husband, stepsister, stepmother, and maid. She attempts to start her life over again, but the home environment that caused her breakdown are still there. The lack of support from those closest to her threatens her fragile recovery.
