Flow is the mesmerising new digital only album from Cardiff based trio, Slowly Rolling Camera, augmented with sublime talents of saxophonist Josh Arcoleo, trumpeter Verneri Pohjola and guitarist Stuart McCallum.
Written originally for the film 'River of Mirrors', a kayak film unlike any other and paddlesports cinematic experience that looks beyond adrenaline and ego, Flow is an epic sound journey, blending their hallmark emotive and cinematic soundscape with a more minimalist, hypnotic and almost spiritual-like approach. The music weaves and soars. It's rich in colour, full of warmth and passion held together with strong, melancholic melodies and breathtakingly sculpted improvisations. Flow is the vital and compelling new edition to the band's already vibrant catalogue who look to celebrate their 10th anniversary in 2024.
