Clive Hunt is a Jamaican musician, arranger, composer, and producer, born on May 31, 1952, in Linstead, Saint Catherine, Jamaica. He began his musical career at 17, playing the trumpet in the 1st Battalion Jamaica Regiment Orchestra. After military service, he became a sought-after session musician, mastering instruments such as bass guitar, flute, keyboards, and saxophone. He has collaborated with renowned artists, including Chaka Khan, Stevie Wonder, Peter Tosh, and Grace Jones. Hunt has announced an upcoming reggae tribute album dedicated to Sting, blending the legendary artist’s songs with reggae traditions. One of Sting’s most iconic tracks, *Fields of Gold*, was originally released in 1993 on the album *Ten Summoner’s Tales*.
