Xavier Soranells is an experienced guitarist, singer and songwriter born in Barcelona. His passion for the guitar started early when as an adolescent he played in different bands with friends. After completing studies, he moved to the USA to play with local Blues bands in the area of Massachussets. Later on he studied at the prestigious Berklee College of Music University in Boston.
When he finished university, he returned to Barcelona to play with well-known local artists and to work as a studio musician. At the same time ,he formed his own Blues band called Blue Heart, playing at different national and international festivals and having remarkable success in the Blues and Rock European escene.
Xavier is currently working on his debut album called Xavier Soranells, what is his most personal project in order to extend his comprehensive style towards a combination of Pop and Blues with a slight Mediterranean accent.
He seeks an excellence of sound when creating their music and which is achieved by working with only excellent musicians, backing vocals and musical arrangers.
