ABC Jazz releases Women of Jazz '25, an album of music from artists recorded and released by ABC Jazz! This album forms the centrepiece of the fourth annual Women of Jazz Fest, a week-long opportunity around International Women's Day (8 March) to celebrate on air the talent of women creating jazz in Australia.
Some of the tracks on this album were directly commissioned by the ABC through the ABC Jazz Composer Commission project, which continues to provide opportunities for emerging and diverse artists from across the country. Others were gathered through the ongoing ABC Jazz Artist in Residence program.
