Tasha Warren, avid teacher and international performer, has premiered over one hundred solo clarinet and chamber works throughout the US, Europe, China and South Korea. Formerly Principal Clarinet of the Charlottesville Symphony and the Columbus Indiana Philharmonic, she currently performs with the Jackson Symphony and the Lansing Symphony. Her solo album The Naked Clarinet has received widespread critical acclaim.

In this new album, Tasha Warren and Dave Eggar tell us six musical stories drawn from the composers' personal narratives. These six pieces were born between 2020 and 2021, in the midst of a pandemic, each emerging as a reflection of our complex global landscape. From Far East Asia to the Haitian Caribbean, to the plains of Africa, then journeying to Cuba and New York, these tales whisper and weave together to form a beautiful and poignant collision of genres.
