A cappella collective Straight No Chaser rework pop megahits past and present on their third Six Pack EP. Their transformation of Jon Bellion’s heartbroken “All Time Low” excises the original’s sliced-and-diced loops but keeps its emotions running high; their revamp of Bruno Mars’ “That’s What I Like” struts and swaggers along with the beatboxers’ rhythms. A gender-flipped “Single Ladies” is a highlight of their energetic “Beyoncé Medley”, the song’s syncopated bounce adding extra oomph to the EP’s already soaring spirits.
