"The Whole Damn Plan" is the debut release from London/Leeds jazz trumpeter Olivia Cuttill and her new all-star quintet. The album is the brainchild of Olivia’s love for storytelling, not only with her lyrics but her trumpet playing. A collection of thoughts, feelings and anecdotes come together to create memorable and impactful music. The sounds of jazz, blues, and all things groove fuse these stories together, and has something for every listener. Olivia's approach to composition and improvisation are one in the same, gleaming with conviction, captivation and character. And on this new release, she shows that she is now a force to be reckoned with on the trumpet within the UK jazz scene.
