The two Swiss brothers Estevan and Alejandro Gutiérrez are embarking on another musical journey with their upcoming album "El Bueno Y El Malo".

With its Latin American family history, the music is strongly influenced by instrumental Latin and Western elements and feels almost like an Ennio Morricone, David Lynch or Jim Jarmusch soundtrack. In collaboration with Dan Auerbach, the duo, through the fraternal bond on "El Bueno Y El Malo", once again proves their knack for lively compositions and intimate guitar playing, in which interesting rhythms and catchy melodies are perfectly combined with each other.

Recorded and produced in Auerbach's studio in Nashville, Hermanos Gutiérrez also go a few steps further musically, which is noticeable by exciting drums and percussion parts. Auerbach himself plays an additional guitar on the song "Tres Hermanos". The title track is a tribute to Sergio Leone's legendary western "The Good, The Bad And The Ugly" from 1966. However, the phrase has a deeper meaning: "We think that every person has a good and a bad side in him. This is evident in every person, in every moment and in every situation. Everyone has it. This also has less of a cynical meaning, but rather shows the depths and duality of people, which is perfectly transferable to the music.", says Estevan Gutiérrez.
