It could be the title of a 1950s thriller. A little nostalgia for the time of my youth, of course. The time when the films were not all in color, where we guessed the blue eyes of Michelle Morgan, Jean Gabin, without being sure. This black and white of the film then made us dream; we gave it the color we imagined, and not the false reality of technicolor. I wanted to revisit songs that I composed a while ago. Time passes, the music remains timeless. Timeless like Gérard Manset's song "Il voyage en solitaire", which I sing here but who has been singing in me since the first time I heard it. And there is the piano. This instrument with big white and black teeth … Black and white keyboard, perfect symbol of a successful crossbreeding. The piano is a big orchestra between the fingers, a miracle.
