Lady Kitty Eleanor Spencer (born 28 December 1990, London, England) is a British fashion model and aristocrat. In 2018, Spencer became the spokesmodel for the Italian jewellery brand BVLGARI. She is the eldest child of Charles Spencer, 9th Earl Spencer, and a niece of Diana, Princess of Wales.
