The global shift toward sustainability has led to the rapid adoption of electric vehicles (EVs), marking a transformative phase in the automotive industry. As countries strive to reduce carbon emissions and meet climate goals, the demand for cleaner, energy-efficient transportation is surging. This evolution, driven by innovations in battery technology, government incentives, and changing consumer preferences, is reshaping mobility patterns globally.However, to fully grasp the current and future trends of the EV market, data analysis plays a crucial role. By harnessing vast datasets on EV specifications we can derive key insights into Batteries, motors and performance aspects of EVs. Data analysis helps identify trends, forecast market potential, and evaluate the environmental and economic impacts of this transition.In this course, we will do the data analysis of already released EV model specifications available in the public domain using Power BI tool. We will try to understand how the EV design evolved over the years, how different companies are going after the EV designs, what battery and motor sizes they are using and how they are impacting the performance in general. This course is mainly intended for those who aspire to work in the electric vehicle domain area and also to those who would like to invest in the Electric vehicle related technologies.
