What you'll learn
- How to Develop a Beginer's Fitness Routine. This program is for someone new to fitness training. You will learn basic exercises, proper form, and diet tips.

- How to properly execute basic exercies for a beginning fitness routine. Here, I will show you the proper form and basic technique to get started with weights.
- How to add variety into your fitness routine to keep the body growing and the mind from getting board from a routine that is over simplified.
- How to properly log your progress, and why it is so important. To make gains, you must continually look back at what you did and improve from there.
- You will learn the basics of cleaning up your diet, protein recommendations, meal prepping basics and supplementation.
Requirements
This course requires no prior knowledge to weight or fitness training. I will teach you the basics of building your fitness foundation. You will need access to a commercial gym, home gym, of have a barbell and dumbbell set, and a basic weight bench at home to make this program work.
Description
At Garan Fitness Consulting, I am a Master Trainer that has been helping others attain their fitness goals for over 27 years now. When I was 12 years old my parents got me a weight set and I have now been lifting weights for over 44 years. This means I have the experience and knowledge to get you the fitness results you want!
In this course you will learn gym terminology such as what the differance is between a set and a rep, and what is the difference between a barbell and a dumbbell as well as other confusing terms. I will give you the information that you need to effectively communicate with other people in the gym.
Additionally, I will show you a basic warmup and stretching routine, and a basic program for a whole body workout that will allow you to start building a foundation of muscle gains and fat loss for the whole body, focusing on the major muscle groups. I will also show you specific exercises to include in your program and show the proper form for each exercise. Additionally, I will add some alternative exercise for different muscle groups for change, or in case you do not have the equipment that is needed for the primary exercise.
For all athletes, but especially the beginner, I will show you a basic way to start eating more healthy to maximize the gains in the gym. This section will include tips on proper diet, how much protein is needed for gains, what supplements I suggest for maximum results, and how to properly prep your meals for success.
This program will allow someone with what I call gym anxiety, which is a fear of stepping into a gym from not knowing how to properly execute the lifts and how to design a program, to be a confident person that can walk into a gym and confidently complete their workouts.
As you gain confidence, you can take additional courses that I offer that will allow you to expand your training knowledge and continue to progrees. This course however shows the basics you need to get started on your fitness journey and changing you life.
