    Description
    In this course you will learn everything you need to know to become a nutrition coach who specializes in weightloss. You will start from the beginning so you don't need any prior knowledge about nutrition. This course is taught be Jeroen who is an internationally certified personal trainer and internationally certified nutrition coach with over 12 years of experience helping clients and teaching other personal trainers and nutrition coaches how to better help clients lose weight and become more healthy.You'll learn about what nutrition is and how energy is produced and what this means in terms of weight gain and weight loss. You will learn about the digestive system and how each macronutrient is metabolized. You will learn about what clients you might get and how to get them to be more active. You will also learn about eating disorders and how to recognize those and what you should do. You'll learn different ways to approach a nutrition plan and how to set up a diet plan for your clients.By the end of this course you know everything you need to know about nutrition and you can actually start coaching clients right away as nutrition coach with a specialisation in weightloss.
