Packed with over 2 hours of video content, this course will guide you through everything a beginner yogi may need to know. This course is also great for any current practicing yoga student wanting to deepen their knowledge of yoga. Over 24+ lessons long, we'll walk through the yoga foundations including sun salutations, strength-building poses, breath work, standing postures, and more! Created by a certified yoga instructor, we focus on alignment in postures and linking our breath to movement.
