This course provides how to write 3 chapters of Dissertation Proposal.This course has the intention to help:- the PhD or DBA candidates generate their Dissertation Proposals those who would like to apply for studying PhD or Doctor of Business Administration.This course uses the organizational behavior model which includes Job Satisfaction, Organization and Work Commitment, and Turnover Intention applied to IT Outsourcing companies in Thailand.This course provides the reasons on how to select variables to create a research model while also providing a comparison model to support those reasons.This course provides knowledge on how to apply the research model in different contexts. This course provides knowledge on:- how to write literature reviews sentence by sentence in each variablehow to write academic writing how to design a questionnaire from characteristics of each variable without scale (in Chapter 2)how to write and select the appropriate research methodologies such as research design, sampling process, measurement scale questionnaire design, data analysis preparation, and statistical technique. how to provide reasonable support when applying the example. how to apply the appropriate measurement scale to the questionnaire that is suitable for statistical technique. Finally, this course provides the linkage of all the research problems, research objectives, research questions, and research hypotheses with the research methodology to make sure that all have been designed well together.
