One of the most amazing aspects of Qi Gong is that it has so many different elements to it, and you can practise it for a short time, or practise for a long time. But how can you get the most out of your Qi Gong practise.I found when I started that one hour live classes really helped me very quickly get over stress and anxiety and gave me a closer mind body connection.But what did that mean to me. It meant that I could cope with life much more easily, see what I wanted to achieve and focus my mind on those goals, and have the energy to be able to accomplish those goals.When I moved that training up to three classes a week, things really started to change for me. My mind body connection became really strong. This meant that my creativity really did increase and I started to see opportunities outside of my comfort zone.Practising one hour Qi Gong classes will get you to hitting your reset button. That is, allowing your energy to flow freely. Bringing your brain down into Alpha state, where a lot of the magic happens, and allowing your mind to be free of chatter.That might not sound that much, but when it happens, it is amazing.When you sign up to this course, you will have the option to take these classes for the rest of your life.
