This course will help you understand what is holding you back from the change you really, really want to make but you don't seem able to get to grips with what is stopping you.Act 1 looks at how you got to where you are today and helps you find threads you might not be paying attention to, in order to feel more at peace with things that may have not gone the way you wanted them toAct 2 builds on what you have learned about the choices you took to bring you today. I provide strategies to think about what you can build on from your Act 1 to actively choose where you want to go.  Act 2 is the reflective ActAct 3 helps you with strategies for future planning from a more optimistic and less fearful place to start putting into action what you have learned.  You can start exploring your future.Break out of feeling frustratedUnderstand the common thoughts and feelings that get in your way and CAN be changedLearn why your brain seems constantly to warn you against changeLearn how to ignore the unhelpful inner voice and change the message to help you take action.Easy to follow course structure with exercises you can do yourself between the sections to feel ready to move onto the next moduleBy the end of the course you will feel more optimistic and able to make your own decisions that work for youSuggestions of other avenues to learn more and practice self empowerment
