Description
Calling all Educators! Tyler was born in Quebec and now resides in Alberta, Canada. Mister Ty worked for the past 12 years as an Educational Assistant with thousands of children from all different backgrounds and challenges. With over 25 years of Public Speaking in addition, several years of Coaching and being a Voice Over Artist, he is taking all the things he has learned in the Public School System along with his love for Speaking and has developed a Motivational Lecture for Educators alike! We understand the struggle Educators have gone through and will go through. We have lived it. We are teachers ourselves. Mental Health, The day to day life of education, financial worries and our own insecurities. We understand the desire that people have to be future Educators! That's where the Presentation comes in!This is the Motivational Lecture you need! Let Tyler show you through a series of short lectures the power you have to reignite and reconnect with your building and students you teach and the powerful impact you can leave at the end of the day. This is a reflective journey of my past 12 years working in schools where I got to play a role in someone's life every single day and it all started with 2 simple words! This Motivational Presentation is for Educators on how to reignite and reconnect. Over the Pandemic, we saw ourselves crumble but also it highlighted a need for change. But not only that, our students faced much adversity. When we went back, we realized just how much damage it did to not only our students but ourselves. It made me appreciate one thing though, the power of connection. This Lecture is designed to help you remember why you teach, the privilege you have, and the lasting impact you can leave. So are you ready?
