Description
This course is not only about the mental wellbeing in the Hospitality Sector especially the Hotel industry) but it is FOR those who work -or know people who work in – the sector. The course is made up three core exercises - all filmed in the countryside of Oxford, UK. These three core exercises can be done at lunchtime (hence 'Lunchtime Exercises') or indeed any time. Each exercise lasts about 20 minutes. These exercises will be supplemented by Case Studies and Educational Announcements once the course is live. The exercises were designed by the two Instructors based on the experience of 'Moisitang' the second 'Instructor'. 'Moisitang works in the hotel industry and wishes to be anonymous in case this course is ever used as a bargaining chip in wage negotiations!Throughout the course, students are urged to participate in the Q/A - to log their responses to the exercises and give feedback about the stresses they face either in the hospitality sector as a whole or simply the hotel industry.as the course evolves, regular Educational Announcements will keep participants up to date with exercises to do and feedback received. So even if you finish this short course very quickly, make sure you return on a regular basis to see what has been added.
