A one of a kind team building experience, which you host on your schedule, without an expensive trainer!
What you'll learn
The importance of failure, how mistakes fuel growth, and why getting things right the first time isn’t always the key to success
How to collaborate effectively within a team, build trust, and improve communication to achieve shared goals as a team.
Practicing "rapid prototyping" and "failing fast" in a unique hands on and fun approach to learning.
How to better get to know your colleagues, how they work, their strengths and weaknesses and how to best work with them to unlock your teams potential
You will have fun! Whilst building a stronger team, and learning about failure, you will enjoy the course. This is not like normal learning
Requirements
A space. A meeting room or other, a larger space gives more freedom to your group. It should have a table or work surface for all teams to build their Mars structures on.
2 - 3 hours of your teams' time. You can take breaks as you need but the course will also recommend convenient times for this.
A screen with good speakers. For the best experience it should be a large screen which can play Udemy. The speakers should be able to be clearly heard in the room. Some laptop speakers are not loud enough for all to hear.
The materials to use. See the detailed course notes with the links to the materials needed, we've made this as EASY as possible.
Print the handouts before the course. This will help with the flow of the team building event
A team! A minimum of 4 people (2x teams of 2) but the more the better. There's no maximum. You only limited by how much you can meet the requirements above
