The 'Effective Meeting Leadership' eLearning course provides five principles you will learn to lead more effective meetings. We begin with Principle 1: Determine if a Meeting is Needed, where you will learn how to remove ineffective meetings from your calendar so you gain that time back for more important priorities. After freeing up your time, you will learn how to free up their time, then learn the remaining four principles that help you ensure that each meeting you do attend, and those that you lead, have a clear objective, an action-oriented agenda, with only the right people needed to achieve the objective. You learn novel ways to prepare the attendees and yourself for meeting success, and ways to visualize meeting success all before the meeting starts. Then, we end with important facilitation techniques that supercharge your group's focus, ensuring you achieve the meeting outcome intended.
