    Description

    In this course you will have 2 beginner meditations - breath and body scan. In these meditations you will learn the basics of meditation and how to sit. There are two different types of meditations so you can learn which type of meditation you like best.The yoga portion of the course includes 6 yoga videos at beginner level. The 6 videos are upper body, lower body, core, flow, balance, power. You will start with the basic movements in the upper and lower body videos. This will empower you to move through the flow and balance videos with ease. The core and power videos are an introduction to some more intermediate principles but with a beginner mindset and with modifications. These videos are included so you can move into higher level practices with ease.You can rewatch the videos multiple times in a row to get the hang of them. They are also downloadable so you can watch them anywhere - including in the remote wilderness on a retreat or when the internet goes down!Whether you are just starting out in yoga or you are a yogi who has been practicing for years but you want to bring in a beginners mindset this course is for you!
