    This course is meant for complete beginners! This is a 7 day program where you gradually move from one asana to another. We will learn warm-up exercises (standing and seated) , standing asanas, sitting asana, supine asana and prone asanas. Apart from over 60 beginner level Asans, you will also learn, 4 types of pranayama, when to practice them and 7 meditation and relaxation techniques. I have also added a bonus video on suryanamaskars !Please take adequate precaution and not perform any yoga poses in case you have an injury or feeling strain. Yoga is a brilliant tool to enhance your fitness as well as for mental and spiritual well being.This course will help you to 1. Reduce stress2. Improve flexibility - slowly and gradually3. Learn basic foundational poses in yoga4. Build stamina and strength5. Overall improve health !Yoga is amazing for increasing your range of motion, building strength and reducing common aches and pains.
