    Skuespil i tre akter om kærlighed, troskab, utroskab, trekantsdramaer med mere. Rigsadvokat Herman Kamp har i sin tid hjulpet forhenværende blikkenslager Brix til straflempelse i en drabssag, efter at Brix havde fundet sin bror i sengen hos sin kone. Samtidig har Kamp selv giftet sig med en tidligere hustru til en fængselsindsat.

    Carl Gandrup (1880-1936) var en dansk dramatiker og forfatter. Som ung begyndte han i typografilære, men sprang fra og valgte i stedet at læse til lærer på Blågård Seminarium. Som færdiguddannet underviste han blandt andet indsatte i Nyborg Statsfængsel.

    Gandrup debuterede i 1905 med den lille komedie "Komplet uskydig", der blev opført på teateret i Holbæk. Siden skrev han primært til teaterscenerne, men han er også forfatter til en række novellesamlinger og romaner.
