In the monograph, a new concept of economy description constructed by the auto is firstly presented systematically. In this concept of the economy description the choice of consumers and decisions making by firms are determined by the information available to the economic agents and are mutually dependent. The axioms of consumers choice and decisions making by firms that determine the random fields of consumers choice and the random fields of decisions making by firms are formulated. The theory of absence of arbitrage in such economic systems in constructed. The foundations of controlling the economy systems are established. The mathematical theory of distribution of the produced goods in the economy systems in constructed. The theory of economy transformations based on the principle of openness of the economy systems is proposed. The conditions of the stability of the economy systems relative to the possible external economic relations are found.
