TypeScript, another name for JavaScript, was developed to enhance web applications. JavaScript, an object-based scripting language, was developed by Netscape in 1995. There is a sizable development community for it, and the language is open. Then, in 2012, Microsoft produced the object-oriented language TypeScript. It contains both linguistic and tool components and is a superset of JavaScript. It's optional static typing, which may help catch problems as they happen, enabling large team collaborations.
