El Gallito Inglés (más tarde renombrado como Gallito Comics) fue una revista político-cultural publicada en México, creada por José Quintero, Ricardo Pelaez, Ricardo Camacho y Edgar Clement, dirigidos por Víctor del Real. El centro temático era la historieta para adultos y para muchos fue considerada el equivalente de la revista francesa Métal Hurlant. Aunque nació como una revista de historieta, rock y humor francamente mexicano, gracias al contacto que Víctor del Real tenía con el director de la revista argentina Puertitas, Carlos Trillo, y con el español Carlos Giménez, se facilitó la diversificación del material publicado, que llegó también desde Cuba, Italia, Venezuela, Ecuador y Colombia.
