New Visions Film Group Does It Again!!! I don't know how they do it. Yes their films are low budget And Yes they still have a long way to go but I can see where they were going with "Chip Factor" and I think they are really on to something. This project marks a new era in indie film companies of the South and projects like this are on the edge of more great things to come. The acting was pretty good and the story was great. I can see how with a little budget this project would have been a blockbuster. It's great to see a new film company in town that not only dares to go beyond the limit… but they are willing to even test areas not commonly explored by small budget indie companies. All I can say is that you've got to check it out for yourself.
