Andre Omgang is the story of a father and his two sons, trying to adjust to life's later summers, when love runs out. With his wife suffering from Alzheimer's at a nursing home, the father who lives on his own becomes a member of a singles' club. Middle-aged Sverre sees his son leaving home; to fill the gap, he and his wife join a group of swingers. After his divorce, Erik (38) finds another woman to live with. The three of them are passionate supporters of the Skeid soccer team.
This comedy follows a father and his two adult sons who each have some serious and sad problems. What makes this movie so great is that it manages to make a good atmosphere and comedy around their life. It sometimes hurt a bit to laugh, because the situation they're in is so sad. E.g. when the youngest son divorces his wife, and they are up in the middle of the night with the kids, and she's being hysterical about him leaving. A sad situation, but the audience applauded the scene, because it was so funny.
The movie surprises, enlightens and entertains. A must see for all with believes in Norwegian films.
