    FOLK FIDDLE is a straight to the point performance based Folk, Roots/Blues inspired violin library for the full version of Kontakt. With an ergonomic KeySwitching design and layout to allow for maximum creativity in your workflow. The samples are as unpolished as possible to retain a sense of human performance, and character. With the full range of the instrument captured in the following articulations:

    Keyswitches:
    1. sustained longs - down & up bows©
    2. staccato (d)
    3. pizzicato (e)
    4. slur down (c#)
    5. slur up (d#)
    6. turn - tone to tone (f)
    7. turn - semitone to tone (f#)
    8. sustained longs - just down bows (g)
    9. sustained longs - just up bows (g#)

    Version 1.5 Update:
    A massive overhaul of the samples, including detailed fine tuning of note starts and fixing a couple of rosin based note squeaks.
    A new 'Performance' Keyswitch added which allows for monophonic playing, including layered in strong attacks in the higher velocities to use both staccato and legato in a more performance friendly way. Great for fast runs or slurred arpeggios.
    The V1.5 Update contains completely new files with everything included to run from scratch. You can choose to install both V1.1 and V1.5 at the same time (Your purchase conatins both versions)
