Manage Autodesk® Revit® data faster and cleaner with the FORMlab ParameterFocus Revit Add-In. BIM teams can manage parameters in a smarter, faster, and more structured way using ParameterFocus. The add-in introduces Parameter Profiles, which let you define exactly which parameters are relevant for a specific task, project phase, or role.

This eliminates the need to scroll through long, cluttered lists in the Properties window.

Beyond improving focus, ParameterFocus also enhances data consistency by allowing you to predefine allowed values for each parameter in a profile. This prevents typos, inconsistent casing, and incorrect entries across the team. With standardized input, your Revit data becomes more reliable and easier to coordinate.

Profiles can be easily shared among team members or even with external partners, ensuring that everyone works with the same structure and standards, no matter the project or company.
You can also batch update parameter values across many elements by importing data from Excel. Simply provide a column with Element IDs, and a column for each parameter you want to update — ParameterFocus takes care of the rest, making large-scale edits quick, accurate, and effortless.
