CSI ETABS 22.6.0 (4035) | 1.0 Gb
Computers and Structures, Inc. (CSI) has released ETABS 22.6.0 (4035). This release includes the addition of composite SpeedCore shear walls per AISC 360-22, composite column design per IS 11384:2022, concrete frame design per CSA A23.3-2024, and slip critical design for steel connections. Composite steel beam design has added an option for tee reinforcing for the bottom flange, as well as composite tube beams. Improvements have also been made for the interactive design of steel frame members, table output for steel beam deflections ratios, and importing of frame and wall compound components from Perform3D.

Shear Wall Design
Composite shear wall design using the SpeedCore system is now available in ETABS, following the provisions of AISC 360-22 Specifications. The design checks include axial tension and compression strength, shear strength, flexure and biaxial flexure strength, along with other detailing requirements.
Concrete Design
Concrete frame design according to Canadian CSA A23.3-2024 is now available.
Composite Beam Design
Composite column design according to Indian IS 11384:2022 is now available.
Composite beam design is now available for steel tube sections per all available composite beam design codes.
Composite beam design now supports a tee reinforcing the bottom flange. Previously, only cover plate reinforcing could be specified.
Steel Design
Interactive steel frame design is now available for AISC 360 and Eurocode 2.
Option added for slip resistance design checks for beam-to-beam and beam-to-column connections in accordance with AISC Specifications when slip-critical bolts are specified.
Output and Display
Steel beam deflection ratios are now reported in the steel details table.
The shell stress and strain output for ribbed and waffle type slabs that experience plate bending has been improved.
Import and Export
An enhancement has been made to export GPU 3D data to DXF from the printing form when using DirectX graphics.
An enhancement was made to fill Perform3D Compound property weight modifier from ETABS frame and wall sections.
